Plant Manager+, has been specifically developed by the technical staff of TSI Automation Inc. to enable small, mid and large-sized manufacturing plants and distribution warehouses, to rapidly implement real-time warehouse, shop floor and delivery tracking systems. Plant Manager+ is customizable and can track sales orders, materials, people, machines, labor, vehicles and much more inside and outside the facility. This provides sales managers, plant managers, supervisors, and operations personnel with the information they need to effectively do their jobs.
Being modular, Plant Manager+ enables systems to be configured by plugging together selected modules. This results in a system that will work "out-of-the-box" meeting 80% to 90% of a specific organizations requirements. The software can then be customized to meet 100% of an organization's needs and can be continually adapted as the needs of the organization change.
Plant Manager+ comes with a set of standard reports; more complex reports can be generated both by the customer or TSI Automation Inc. as required.
Plant Manager+ also offers a real-time data exchange interface that can integrate with most ERP and accounting systems. The data exchange interface is configurable to add fields or even complete tables if necessary. Plant Manager+ is the first ever real-time tracking system that follows an order through a complete cycle, from receiving the sale to shipping the finish goods and everything in-between, Plant Manager+ gives you the data and visibility you need to get the job done.
